Ultra-light anchor capstan used for luxury yachts, high-speed ships and army auxiliary ship sailed mooring. The capstan sprocket, drum and base are using stainless steel precision casting which compared with general capstan, it has small size, light weight (for general capstan around 50%), high efficiency (90%), simple structure, easy operation, maintenance is convenient wait for a characteristic. Ultra-light anchor capstan is composed of motor and reducer, base, sprocket, capstan body, jaw clutch, brakes, human push-rod etc. The whole machine and deck fixed through six bolts on the base. Motor installed on reducer input, as a whole. Sprocket directly set in the reducer output, through the key transmission torque. Sprocket and capstan body have teeth as clutch, by the clutch handle to manipulate the capstan body ascending or descending, which makes the capstan body and sprocket combination or separate. When the capstan body and the sprocket combined, it can control the anchor ascending or descending. When the capstan body and the sprocket separated, it can control the mooring rope . In the circumstances without electricity, which separate motor brakes, by human push-rod push capstan body, can control the anchor ascending or descending, the mooring rope.
